QA/QC Introduction

We believe quality is life! First quality will create new life!

So we pay special attention to the quality issues. We mainly through the following process to control quality:

1. we souce good quality wood materials of logs, wooden board, and we have our own drying house to dry the wood materials. The moisture of wood is under control of 8% to 12%.

2. We have good machines to cut these logs and boards, and then choose out the bad materials. Some wood with mineral lines, dead knot, decay, etc, and we will choose out these materials in order to choose the best materials to produce better products.

3. When producing the half-products, our technical stuff are divided into different group and they will go to different production lines to guide and control the quality. And these technical stuff is helf responsible for any mistakes in production. Their performance is directly related to their salary and bonus.

4. If necessary, our clients may send their stuff to stay at our factory and watch the production.

5. After finishing the whole production, when packing, all the products will be checked for any defects. If there is a product that is not good, we will put it aside. By this way, all bad products will be choose out before they are packed.

6. We also have very advanced machines to produce nice quality products and professional technical stuff with 20 or 30 years experience to check the quality.
